The Balanced Comfort Process
The first step is to set up an energy audit. Once your home is tested for efficiency we can determine if your home needs insulation removal and an air sealed attic. Insulation removal and air sealing provides the greatest benefit for new insulation installations. In attics we use Owens Corning PROPINK® L77 to blow-in premium fiberglass attic insulation. Attic insulation services come with one free top-off within the next five years (with service agreement).

What Is Blown-In Insulation?
Blown-in insulation keeps your home comfortable and your energy bill under control. Our technicians use a truck-mounted insulation machine with a hose attached to blow in either fiberglass or cellulose insulation. This process is more consistent with a lower chance of failure than using fiberglass batts. The insulation forms itself around the items in your attic floor such as studs or wiring.
